How long have you worked there? Hard to remember at times, isn't it.
When you've been asked to pitch in, you're there. When others were fired, you were spared but then had to take on much more work at no additional pay. You like the work, but hate that commute and all those expenses of working there.
Is it time to take control? YOU decide when and where you'll work? Not wait for the next shoe to drop when the company calls you in, says it's "not personal, only business" and then they fire you too?
